new sim arrived very quick,and the website is easy to use.I was connected very quickly and now have a realistic payg phone cost. reckon i will only need £40 per year to use my phone. very happy.

Signal was poo, and as id already paid a yearly package i had to port my number within 1 day, waste of nearly 40 quid ripped off.

I have no problem with 1p service
I have no problem with 1p as it keeps my bills low with no issues to date.
I have recently taken advantage of two lines on my mobile, which allows me to select the best cost value for whatever I am doing at the time.
I like paying 1p
I like paying 1p for phone calls, texts and mgb! And dialing 150 for account balance is really convenient! Well done 1pMibile:)

I don’t know how my credit has dropped…
I don’t know how my credit has dropped from £20 to £4 when I’ve only made 23calls total time would be less than 60mins and less than 25 texts. Phoning 150 supposed to be free and credit drops 4p a time. I wish I’d never purchased 1p mobile.

The price is unbeatable, an all round fab brand. I only have one issue with 1P Mobile, Penny never answers the phone to existing customers, but for some peculiar reason, she answers the phone to potential ones...

I now have 3 sims with 1p mobile. Such a good service /network. Had no problems whatsoever. Plenty of bundle options and seems to have reliable infrastructure wired in to the EE masts
Been using 1p mobile for 13months now
Been using 1p mobile for 13months now. I had a few problems when I first started using as my old phone only used 2g, since upgrading to a 4G phone I have had no problems.
Highly recommended.

Ignored emails, no phjone line available
Ignored emails. Phone line always engaged. Lost £30 the phone line they suggest you call 03333442278 (customer service) is always engaged and you can never get through and they don't seem to respond the web messaging portal.

So far so good
So far so good! I have a budget of just £30 per year and after 1 month I have used less than £2.50. As long as I remain on target and within limits then I’ll know that 1p mobile was a good choice. However, there is a possibility of failure due to the cost of data which is 1p per megabyte. One megabyte really isn’t very much data at all so will eat into my budget quite quickly, a lot quicker than phone calls.

Reliable
Bought a one year talk and text plan (including 250mg of data per month) in early December for my wife as a Christmas present. Started the service late January 2023, simple to activate and port her current number to the service. To date she has been happy making calls and texting, in other words 'it does what it says on the tin'.
Reliable very good value
Experience up to now perfect ,could not have received this quality of perfomance etc etc anywhere else..it is a luxury to use a phone without worry of payments thank you..Jean
1p mobile, simple and good value…
1p website is simple and easy to understand and navigate. The plans are also uncomplicated and depending on your requirements are good value. It is piggy-backed on EE, which appears to be as good as any and better than most where I live. My main sim has limited data so I have the 1 year flexi as a reserve which at £30 works for me.

Ideal package for those who are light users for phone calls, texts and data usage
I joined 1pMobile at the start of this month and arranged for my existing number to be transferred over to them. Unfortunately it took 4 days to get my number to work but that was due to my old provider providing an incorrect code and 1pMobile did everything they could to get this problem resolved as quickly as possible. They kept me regularly informed of what progress was being made and I am very pleased with the way the whole matter was resolved and also very happy with how my contract is working out. :-). Would highly recommend them.
